Followed instructions for remote access but couldnt get it to work. Fail.

Waste of money, I cant even set it up. DONT BUY THIS!!!

Im not certain about the negative reviews, but I suspect its mostly user error. Ive gotten it to work both over wifi at home and 3G on the go, no problem. 3G can be a bit glitchy at times, but I think thats an AT&T bandwidth issue. Overall, satisfied with my purchase and would buy again.

The title says it, its awesome! I get to see what my dog is doing at all times. For the people who complained about it not working, they obviously didnt contact Support. I couldnt figure it out in the beginning, but I sent 1 email to Support, and they were able to troubleshoot with me via chat that night. Im not computer savvy, he was able to make it work on my computer. Thanks Ray!!!! Great app, great support. No complaints yet!!!!

Set my laptop up in front of my tv at home so I could watch the Gator football game while traveling. Worked great!

This app is wonderful. East to use. Crashes only a little, not enough to loose a star. We love it. Its a watch the house, dog cam for us.

now, did you get enough customers to fix the interface for the iPad? I wish I can upload a screenshot where the authentication window shows vertically, then the keyboard opens horizontally and covers the password… Then, the remote screen takes only 75% of the window. But, Im sure you know about all this…

I purchased the paid version well over a year ago and it worked great. After the most recent update it wont connect. Deleted and reinstalled the app but things stopped working after updating both the phone and the OSX app

Worked first time and really easy to set up on my MacBook. One glitch Im not sure about,takes a still picture but doesnt go into my photo album. But the video recorder and motion sensor works great

After the update it just freezes thanks for me wasting 7.99. You guys are a waste space. I want my money back!

This is the best app Ive found for remote viewing of my aquarium and other areas of my house! Its extremely reliable, works every time I use it! LOVE IT!!!!!

The app didn’t work once I downloaded it. The user experience was terrible.

Works great. Once in a long while, the OS X app will crash, but if you have the ability to remote back into the machine, you can restart it and youre back in business. Negative reviews are probably people who dont know how to configure it properly and/or set up port forwarding on their router.

i cannot find the menu for alarm. i use ios8.3 . there was no problem on 8.1 . even though i reinstalled after deleting. i cannot find a kind of alarm thing even inside of setting menu, and apps. any solution?

The remote access feature only works if your network can open a UPnP and allow the outside world to initiate connections into your network. Besides that this is poor usability, it’s a security risk. This is not how any reputable videoconferencing application works, and I’m not going to entrust an unknown developer to punch a hole in my firewall.

I like this app. Its easy enough to use, and it does what it says it will do. Id give it five stars if I could watch my webcam on more than one device at a time. I also wish it didnt cost so much, but hey, I still paid for it, so whatever.
