Paid version does not work!

The free version works fine. The paid version locks-up as soon as the web cam shows the first frame (when it will even connect). I have a static IP address and 1Mbps up, 15 Mbps down broadband. My computer is a new 4 core windows 7 with 6gb ram. My iPad 3G speed is constantly between 2Mbps and 2.5Mbps down. Since this doesnt work for me, I have no idea who it would work for. Ive got the most current iOS installed and the most up-to-date windows version of the software installed on my PC. If this is fixed I will change my rating. Otherwise, can I have my $8 back?
